Like the proven RPC 120, the new RPC 250 operates based on the ejection principle. Thanks to specially developed software and advanced control technology from ROBOWORKER, it delivers intelligent, stable, and highly precise process control—ensuring crack-free, homogeneous compacted parts.
With 250 kN press force at the upper and lower punches and extended strokes, the RPC 250 can produce larger compacted parts while maintaining consistently high quality. The ejection principle is particularly effective in this tonnage range, especially for tall parts. Moving both the upper and lower punches toward the center of the part compensates for the high friction between the powder and the die walls during compaction, resulting in a uniform density distribution.
Of course, the RPC 250, like the RPC 120, is compatible with all common reference clamping systems.
Like the RP 120, the RP 250 can be seamlessly combined with all ROBOWORKER automation systems , creating a perfectly coordinated complete system from a single source. All this is achieved with a compact footprint of just around 6 m² , including the control cabinet.
