The automated RBS deburring systems magazine solutions are the most flexible solutions for deburring green parts. The tray handling system can be integrated as a stationary magazine or as a removable magazine trolley. The magazine trolley can be used in all ROBOWORKER pressing applications, for automating the press, the drilling system, or the deburring system.
In this fully automated version, the sinter trays with green parts are loaded from the magazine levels into the system. After deburring, they are automatically returned into the magazine.
An inspection area is integrated at the front of the system.
