They can be used in ROBOWORKER Brushing Stations (RBS) and Drilling Systems (RDS). This helps improve efficiency in the press shop.
The PAG robotic automation has a double conveyor system that can store both empty and full trays. This allows for simultaneous operation of multiple systems. An integrated lifting unit automatically moves each tray into the working position.
The PAG 50 UltraFlex with double conveyor system and trolley is designed for iron powder applications, where large parts are typically pressed, and sinter trays need to be filled quickly. The trolley's storage capacity allows for highly efficient press operation. An integrated system retrieves empty trays from the trolley and returns filled trays seamlessly.

Two carrier plates with sinter trays are positioned into the loading position using a double slide system. The slide enables continuous and uninterrupted production in the press. The sinter trays can be safely loaded and unloaded during operation.
