The PAG 50 UltraFlex comes in different variations:
- with double conveyor belt system
- with double conveyor belt system and trolley
- with motor-driven double slide
Due to the universal ROBOWORKER gripper interface, all grippers can be used on the new product line as well as on preceding models.

Base Model
The base model of the new PAG product line offers unprecedented stability and vibration damping in highly dynamic motion sequences. The new weight-optimized robot system with further improved drive technology is designed for all common presses. The largest possible travel paths generate above-average loading areas.

PAG 80 Magazine Solutions
- Machine with integrated magazine system for lateral sinter tray loading
- Storage capacity:14 levels for up to 14 carrier plates (depending on the sinter tray size, several trays can be processed per level)
- Quick tray exchange due to new ROBOWORKER exchange system
- Magazine loading/unloading during operation with optimal ergonomics and safety (step free) independent of removal height in the press
- As an option with lift-out interchangeable magazine trolley for transport to the next process steps (drilling, brushing)
PAG 50 UltraFlex DB
- Machine with integrated double conveyor belt
- Variant with lateral or frontal sinter tray loading
- Storage capacity: up to 3 full and 3 empty sinter trays, extendable for up to 6 full and 6 empty trays (depending on the sinter tray size, several trays can be processed via carrier plates)
- Loading/unloading during operation
PAG 50 UltraFlex DB with trolley
Due to its autonomy times, this variant is particularly suitable for use in the iron powder sector.
- Machine with integrated double conveyor belt and additional loading/unloading system into trolley
- Variant with lateral tray loading
- Uninterrupted operation due to part buffer when changing trays
- Storage capacity in trolley: 20-40 trays depending on part height (depending on the sinter tray size, even more trays can be processed via carrier plates)

PAG 50 UltraFlex DS
- Machine with motor-driven double slide
- Variant with lateral tray loading
- Storage capacity: 2 carrier plates for one or more sinter trays which can be loaded/unloaded without interrupting operation
