Software modules, HMI and image processing architecture are developed in-house at ROBOWORKER. This enables form-fitting of optical technology to customers' needs.
With the integrated palletizing function, the workpieces are organized on trays, package-boxes, blisters or similar containers after inspection. Bad parts are segregated for possible further analysis.
The defect detection machine can optionally be extended with automatic tray stack processing or laser marking and packaging modules.
The storage of all generated images as well as inspection and measurement results enables 100% traceability of errors. The data is stored in the system, but can also be transferred to a customer server, e.g. via an Ethernet interface.
