At this year's Ceramitec from June 21 to 24, 2022 in Munich, ROBOWORKER will present its press room technology chain.
This includes the high-tech Powder Compacting Cells RPC, which combine trailblazing powder press technology with the latest 3rd generation automation systems and innovation.
For green part machining, the ROBOWORKER portfolio contains various RBS Brushing Stations for complete sinter trays. The machines efficiently and repeatably remove the burr roots that adhere to the green compacts after pressing.
ROBOWORKER Drilling Stations RDS for green compacts offer a powerful and cost-effective alternative to manual drilling or cross-hole pressing. The green compacts are automatically inserted into and removed from the station.
ROBOWORKER Automation Systems PAG are extremely flexible, not only for machine loading and unloading, but can also be used as stand-alone systems for repalletizing operations. In addition to the PAG solution, ROBOWORKER offers further decharging machines RPS.
Customized pallets for special and standard parts as well as standard production pallets are produced in the new ROBOWORKER 3D printing center and round off the program.
