ROBOWORKER’s powder compacting technology was presented to a great number of trade professionals at the Ceramitec in Munich, Germany, and at the AMB in Stuttgart, Germany. The RPC consists of a fully electric servo driven axial powder compacting press that works based on the ejection principle. All ROBOWORKER press automation platforms can be fully integrated into the system with only one control architecture. It offers technological features, such as innovative process control and revolutionary programming technologies, in-process inspection with image processing and many more. Press Room Technology Chain
ROBOWORKER is the only manufacturer offering further enabling technology for the press room. A magazine trolley integrated into the new press automation system PAG 80 can be either used for unloading the RPC press cell or for loading and unloading the RDS automated drilling station for the net-shape manufacturing of tangential milling inserts as well as the RBS automated brushing station for the preparation of highly consistent and defined cutting edge geometries. The PAG 80, the latest advancement of the company’s automation systems, is perfectly suited for ROBOWORKER powder compacting presses, but also offers interfaces to all common press types of other manufacturers.
