We\u2019ve successfully transferred this tried-and-tested technology to our compacting cells, enabling the integration of advanced image processing modules. These modules perform in-process inspection of <strong>green parts and die contamination<\/strong>, significantly reducing scrap production.<\/p><p>The system evaluates parts \u2014 even those it has never seen before \u2014 based on defined defect criteria and automatically stops production if necessary.
