Revolutionary 100% inspection

The quality specifications for some cutting inserts require 100% inspection. The inspection station RoboInspect 210 measures the geometry of the cutting insert and carries out an all-round inspection to detect chippings, cakings or surface defects; and this down to the µm. The machine may also be equipped with single modules. A retrofit of additional inspection functions is also possible.

Its image processing modules save all inspection results thus allowing for complete traceability.

Extensions of the inspection station

As an option, the RoboInspect 210 may be extended with an automatic tray stack loading, laser marking or packaging modules. When choosing the stand-alone version, re-palletizing from trays into final packaging boxes can be integrated.

This machine combines an automatic all-round inspection of cutting inserts with packaging modules, such as packing into boxes, lidding and labeling. Upon request a laser marking module may also be integrated.
