The new “Carbide Automation” brochure published for the 2008 PM World Congress depicts selected automation solutions for the individual process steps in the produc- tion of carbide and other sintered parts. The numerous visitors from the USA and all over the world were generally informed that with experience and detailed knowledge, reliable systems equipped with state-of-the-art technologies are produced. The options for automa- tion systems exhibited at the fair, such as standardised gripper technology, adapted handheld terminals and ingenious deburring systems were interesting sales angles and were also an excellent way of presenting the ROBOWORKER loading and unloading technology to new potential customers.

The production of dynamic, precise and reliable automation systems, for example for machine tools or presses, is the basis for the market success of the company. The innovation- and demand-oriented development and promotion of projects, including quality inspection for components or the further development of software, is pushed forward with the commitment and aid of committed employees. This path will also be followed in future and even more intensive customer-orientation will be fostered.

The visitors were given the opportunity to see the new ROBOWORKER pressed parts removal robot RAG2 and experienced first-hand that not only can the robots be quick and precise but there are also sleek and compact. 

ROBOWORKER displayed a selection of accessories (e.g. flange-mountable punch cleaner), demonstrating how further reductions in the production costs are possible.

A standardised and quite sophisticated total-concept was presented to the customers. The new catalogue which was distributed at the fair, makes it now possible for the details of press automation to be easily accessible.

Already in 2006, the focussing of the company proved itself and an increase in turnover of 30% was achieved compared to 2005. The innovative new and further developments, also with regard to the standardisation of the systems, were very well received by the market. Orders therefore increased to a record level and enable further considerable increases in turnover in 2007.
