The ROBOWORKER linear robot series RL
The RL robot series was developed for loading and unloading from machines and for palletising tasks based on a wide range of experience. With these RL systems, ROBOWORKER provides high-performance, ready-made robot solutions. The series consists of the three standardised loading robots RL10, RL 20 and RL 30. All systems have an astonishing range of functions and are suitable for all types of loading, unloading and palletising tasks for small and medium-sized workpieces. The robot systems are optimised for horizontal or vertical access. The default travel paths are already suitable for many machining centres. However, the devices are characterised by the fact that the travel paths can be adapted to individual tasks. The perfectly adjusted robots are technically optimised and reasonably priced. They are designed for heavy duty use in multi-shift operation and are also suitable for demanding environments. Short commissioning times, fast cycle times, high availability, minimum maintenance requirements and a teleservice system that allows access to every system component are a matter of course.
