The high-performance system
Due to overhead assembly, the linear robot system is especially suitable for automation of presses. From unloading powder presses to loading and unloading pressing and punching processes of all types, the device offers a scope of functions that leaves nothing to be desired.
Devices for operating vacuum grippers, parallel grippers, cleaning tools, multi-grippers, expansion grippers etc. and functions for their optimum, fast setting are pre-installed. Pattern Wizard software also supplied enables placing of components in any position. By freeing up the entire space below the linear robot, standard pallet lifts, magazines and other pallet changing systems can be integrated. However, integration in transfer systems and other transport tracks is also easily possible. Highlights:
