The highly flexible "modular" robot for loading and unloading
The gantry system is particularly suitable for loading and unloading of injection moulding machines, grinding machines and other machine tools or machining centres with in cases large Z-strokes. The robot is very rigid thanks to the dual axes in X, Y, Z.
The gantry easily copes with gripper and workpiece weights with a mass of up to 15 kg. The system is designed for cycle times from 6 to 30 secs. and offers an inimitable cost-benefit ratio in this range. In the standard scope of supply, the system offers functions such as pallet processing including alignment of components, equipping of clamping adapters and ensuring precision of the component position of up to 0.01 mm. Multifunction grippers including double changers guarantee shortest possible downtimes of the injection moulding machine or machining centre.
