The intelligent transfer system

This Cartesian robot with 2 to 4 axes is normally used with the integrated image processing system ROBOWORKER VISION and is used to align and position small components. The basic cycle time of the device is 2 secs. As up to four such systems can be operated with one control simultaneously, an unbeatable cycle time of 0.5 secs. can be achieved. An outstanding feature is the pre-installation of the modular gripper technology, with which all conventional small components can be processed.

The basic cycle time of the device is 2 secs. and up to four such systems can be controlled simultaneously (cycle time is then 0.5 secs.). Modular gripper technology, with which all conventional small components can be processed, is also pre-installed. The principal areas of application are sorting components or restoring positions, e.g. from feeds and on machine shutdown. Feeds can be sorters but also pallets of all types.

Two versions are available:

  • Passage and alignment of parts on an intermittent transport belt included in the delivery
  • Direct loading andunloading from pallets or workpiece carriers
